OPEN POSITIONS

Principal Project Manager

Your role as a project manager would be to lead the design, plan, test, and implement the projects. You would also resource needed requirements, develop the best methods to monitor area progress, and supervise.

Requirements for this position:

• Must be able to grasp technological concepts and information
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• At least a year of experience in managing related jobs
• Can establish customer satisfaction standards that are specific

Senior Designer

Your role is to focus on the web design and application. You must deliver an attractive and user-friendly solution to Drum Set Lab customers.You must be able to maintain and upgrade our existing designs, direct junior designers to reach their goals, work well under pressure, and take responsibility of final concept.

Requirements for this position:

• Bachelor’s degree or certifications is a plus
• At least 3 years experience in designing
• Can work under pressure and without supervision
• Can work with others even under pressure

Customer Support Specialist

Your role is to answer your customer queries, handle customer complaints, find the best solutions for both the company and customer, and ensure a positive experience for your customers. You will be providing client support, you will handle technical issues, you will provide training, you will analyze customer service issues and spot the trends.

Requirements for this position:

• Must have excellent written and oral communication
• Must have skills in presentation
• Must have technology skills
• Must be able to learn fast
• Must be able to think logically

Senior IT Developer

Your role would be to implement, develop, and maintain our solution for customers. You will also act as the leader to our other developers. You must be able to provide technical and customer support, monitor the performance of our solution regularly, and meet projects deadlines.

Requirements for this position:

• Must be able to explain well
• Must have excellent knowledge in Interface Designing
• Must have IT related certifications or a degree holder of a course related to IT.
